We’ve centred our business around a core pledge to lead by example in all aspects of sustainability. Because we work at all steps in the supply chain we have a responsibility to uphold ethical practices. We take this seriously.

We work with farmers and mills throughout the world to move agricultural products from the fields to final clients – and we’re committed to work fairly with our partners and encourage social and environmental sustainability in the future.

Three basic principles govern all aspects of our business:

1. Business
   We offer fair compensation to farmers, have a stringent anti-corruption policy for ourselves and our partners, and mitigate risk in the market to reduce volatility to our clients
2. People
   We will protect the health and safety of our staff, and help our suppliers give their employees the same protections
3. Energy
   We aim to reduce our energy consumption and include this as a driving factor in procurement policy

As well as setting ourselves the highest expectations, we are certified to the following standards:

• Food and Feed Quality and Safety Policy and Environmental Policy
• FSSC 22000

We are also a member of international associations promoting fair trade and sustainability.

Man Ingredients adheres to highest levels of quality and sustainability standards in its choice of raw materials, and is certified by FSSC 22000, Organic EU, NOP, Halal, Kosher, Bonsucro, Fairtrade International, Fairtrade USA, GMP+, for its production.
